4.1 Booking Process

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before service: Full refund minus 5% administration fee
  • 15-30 days before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before service: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by CimCunitri

We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during booking
  • Arriving at designated meeting points on time
  • Following safety instructions and guidelines
  • Respecting other customers and staff
  • Ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Health and Safety

Customers must disclose any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect their participation in activities. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CimCunitri's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Injury or death resulting from customer negligence
